🔄 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging.

• You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without first requesting a return.

🚚 Damages & Issues

We are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping. However, depending on the situation, we're happy to review your case and see how we can help.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@studioeleven.artwithin 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued at our discretion once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded.
